Mcdonald's - Mora

The most unfriendly Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Total lack of politeness, thank you, you’re welcome ore meeting my eyes. The first man I met did not say hi, thank you ore welcome, I felt like I was a problem and not a guest. The other man gave me my order without saying anything ore meeting my eyes and directly after just turn around and show me his back. Here I felt diminished. I will never visit this Mac Donald’s again.

Nice environment, very bright and clean. The service is like every other McDonald, fast and good for cheap prices.

Ordered 1 big burger meal some extra cheese bites, wings and hamburgers. However, when opening the bag at home the main El-something burger was missing ...this is the 2 out of 2 with things missing from the order at McD in Mora

This is the worst Mc I ever visited. Personal is cleaning but the fries are still laying on the ground. The refill counters are dirty and most of the stuff is laying besides. Personal is talking with friends on the desk in a foreign language. Not nice for all the families. MacDonalds schould shame themselves that such “restaurant” is under theorie name. And the location should shame themselves that the call them MacDonalds. Tip for the MacDonalds management; send a mystery internal guest to find out the mess. Price Quality Service Cleaness POOR.

I will never return again! Since the new order-system was introduced it now takes 35 minuters to get a hamburger! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
