Asian Bistro - Morgantown

This is a fantastic spot for anyone who enjoys Asian cuisine. The restaurant specializes in Asian fusion, featuring a delightful mix of Japanese, Chinese, and Thai dishes. The food is incredibly flavorful and fresh, complemented by excellent service.

I ordered online, and it seems they just jot down all your information on the back of receipts, which they then share with others. Fortunately, the person who received my information reached out to me and destroyed it instead of misusing it. So, if nothing else, make sure not to provide them with your credit card information.

Asian Bistro consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience. The Thai Basil dish is bursting with flavor and has a delightful aroma, showcasing rich depth with just a hint of spice. While I usually prefer a spicier kick, this dish surprisingly benefits from its milder heat. The Thai egg rolls and Harumaki Japanese egg rolls were perfectly crispy on the outside, with a tender and flavorful filling. Although the Yasai Gyoza were decent, they didn't quite align with my personal taste. Overall, the restaurant offers excellent sushi, as well as a variety of Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Korean dishes.

The Thai Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice had subpar chicken and canned pineapple; I wouldn't recommend it. However, the Wonton Soup was decent.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I was really impressed! The sushi was fresh and absolutely delicious. The salad and miso soup were also excellent. I would definitely give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it!
