I've tried a few dishes here and I'm mixed, but I'll be back for the pho and try some other nudelsuppen. the raw beef hofan was one of the better ones they will find in the city and at $10 was fantastically expensive. I took away the bark lemongras chili, but found it very oily. it was tasty, but better external. we also packed the noodles. the duck was plentiful and tasty, but overall I have had better noodle dishes, I will still be back, although the pho is great and the service and the staff are also fantastic.
Fantastic eating! a small, simple, unintentional place. but what wonderful, fresh and amazingly delicious eating! the service is fast, the meals accompanied by tee, but it is about eating here. in contrast to many Asian restaurants are the sweet crispy and the use of oil is reserved, which to decorate delicious only with taste. I have eaten some paints there and every meal was so satisfying, but I was surprised how good the vegetarian pad thai is. the prices are a welcome relief in perth's usual overload.
The pho here is legit and very impressive. I went with the raw cow hofan as my tribal standard test of a pho. the broth was filled with taste, not in the smallest, and not excessively oily on the surface. the bark was cut beautifully and thinly, with which just some boiled look. the noodles were not done excessively and still held their form against the end of the bowl. with the addition of minze, was spruten, chili and lemon the broth took an even more divine form at $10 and ready in minutes this is a fantastic pit stop to lunch and a real player in the Pho game. I'm here again.
Good service and even better food! cheap, authentic and how to eat in vietnam. it's so close to home.
Finally find a nice authentic Vietnamese restaurant closer to home. Good priced food and great quality. Love the com tam has chinese sausage in it!
