The Castle Grill Morrinsville

The staff are amazing however the food and the accommodation is not really what I would pay for. The food was cold, and late. I had pre-ordered my tea and lunch as I’m working up here and when I get back I asked what time my tea would be ready, too be looked at like what the hell are you talking about WOW my order was forgotten about. As for giving a good star rating for this place would be embarrassing for me so it 0 stars from me

Need to make sure that the food is cooked how it was requested. Customer satisfaction is important have eaten here before and the food was amazing however it only took having 1 bad meal to ruin it for me

The meal was absolutely fantastic, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was amazing. I would rate this place a perfect 10 out of 10!
