O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Morristown

I worked at the restaurant last year, and the kitchen was unsanitary. The dishes were consistently dirty, and the kitchen manager at the time was not effective at all.

I ordered a cheeseburger and a baked potato, and it was honestly the worst burger I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even finish it; it wasn’t cooked long enough. There were no condiments aside from lettuce, tomato, and onion—no sauce, no mayo, nothing. I won’t be ordering from there again.

We dined here thanks to a gift card. I had shrimp scampi, which came with fettuccine, chopped tomatoes, and small shrimp. My husband's steak was badly overcooked; he ordered it medium, but it was so tough that he could barely chew it. The service was just average.
