I took my 9 year old granddaughter here because she chose Nana's. She ordered a lemonade and salad. I ordered a half and half iced tea and an Italian hoagie. The waitress was obviously frustrated with my granddaughter because she was short with her when my granddaughter was talking to her. The waitress brought our drinks. The lemonade was in a toddler cup. The iced tea was sweet tea, not half and half. The Italian hoagie came out of the kitchen with grease all over it. After using several napkins to absorb as much grease as I could, it was still dripping grease as I ate it. It was tasteless and greasy. I didn't get any refills on my drink. We got ice cream cones. The menu states the ice cream is homemade. It is not. The prices are also wrong on the menu. It cost $32 for 1 toddler drink, 1 regular drink, 1 small salad, 1 sandwich, and 2 ice cream cones. Who doesn't love pizza ice cream? Lol... but it's so much more than just pizza ice cream at Nana's. If you're craving such, but are looking for something different than your go to or same old same, you gotta give Nana's a go. So many options there's surely something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Whether you're wanting to dine in, carry out, or prefer delivery Nana's has you covered there as well. A great environment for the whole family. You won't regret it! Parking: There is plenty of metered parking depending on the time of day you go, but it doesn't make it any less worth it. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice, clean, inviting entry way that is very easily wheelchair accessible. Amazing customer service and a very clean location. The food was not only visually pleasing but delicious. Definitely worth every cent. We will be long time customers.
