Tranquilo - Mount Barker

Stumbled on this gorgeous little restaurant way after lunch time on a Sunday after the Stirling markets. We were warmly welcomed in and seated straight away and looking at the menu it was an absolute hard decision what to choose. I ended up going with the beef cheek and it is honestly the best meal I've ever had. I made everyone at the table try a bite and just watched their faces fall into absolute bliss. I will definitely be back here, I honestly can not wait. Please go to Tranquilo, you'll not be disappointed.

Friendly service, tasty Aranchini with olive dips and amazing lamb shanks and mash

My first visit to this restaurant, really enjoyed the atmosphere, staff were friendly and efficient and the food was fabulous, had three courses as well as coffee really couldn't fault it. Nice to see a menu that wasn't 20 pages long but still had something for everyone there was a wonderful specials food drink board as well. Great little spot wish I lived a lot closer. Will definitely be back.

I've been here a few times and they never fail to disappoint! The food is so tasty and so well presented, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. With the music and the decor, it's a lovely atmosphere to be in. Also, the all you can eat mexican Monday/Friday is incredible, and worth going for the guacamole alone, it's so good. Definitely recommend!
