The Gates at Southgate - Mount Gambier

The restaurant does not have a separate fryer for gluten-free items, but they do offer gluten-free gravies and gluten-free bread for breakfast. The menu clearly indicates gluten-free options, and the staff are very accommodating and willing to help if you inform them that you are looking for gluten-free options.

No frittier. kitchen used gf gravites, gf brot available for breakfast. menu clearly shows GF options. please inform the personal that they are looking for GF options. they are very ready to help.

I stayed at the Southgate Hotel and after perusing the menu in my room I thought I'd give the restaurant a go. I was not disappointed! I had the tomato,

We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner while we stayed in the Southgate Motel, with good food and cheerful service. It's a pity that Gates doesn't open for dinner on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Does this indicate a clientele based mainly on business travellers?
