We all got up from our late night stuper, and me the out-of-towner) suggested a great local diner by the name of Lowesville Cafe. It was that or Pop 's Country Skillet!?! I prefer to support local, so we chose a place that was literally 6 minutes from his house he never heard of it), and the 5 of us had an AMAZING breakfast! That said, they thanked me for introducing them to an awesome, local favorite! I had a breakfast special called Duces . 2 pieces of French toast, 2 eggs over easy, crispy hashbrowns, livermush, etc. along with a sweet tea. All for $10!!!
I have ate here since George started the place. Very satisfying until the new owners started using bowls to measure out food. Me,just an ole timer, straight from the pot to the plate. Darn good food!!!! Just not enough sometimes.
Best place in the area for breakfast! Always busy but never too long of a wait!
Great place to eat. The people are friendly and the food is true southern home cooked food.
Great little restaurant. Food was good and the service is great.
