They just drive through the city and stopped here for lunch. I have a paprika and ananaspizza, the thin crust was crispy and chewing. the sauce and cheese were tasteful. the toppings were fresh and high quality. I was surprised how good it was, and I ate most of a big one in a session? I have a side of garlic olive oil and it was great to dip the crust? will I definitely visit again if I ever drive through the opposite?
We love Fatty?z and order it very often. eating is amazing, but the reason for this review is solely due to the bad customer experience I receive via the phone. I ordered by the discs at 5:15 and it estimated my delivery time at 6:37 clock, which I expected on a busy Friday night. at 6:22 I was aware that my order was on the way. 30 minutes pass and no pizza yet. my man called the restaurant and no answer. the layer support person called the restaurant and no answer. I called and finally came through and talked to a girl who couldn't find my name on an order so she gave me to someone who's more involved with the Slic app. he was very rude when I calmly explained that I said my order on him? s nearly 40 minutes ago at this point, and he continued to tell me that the driver has just gone and it will be there when it comes and hangs. shortly after the call came my order. the pizzas were over all tasty and still hot and the customer service from the supplier was great as always. my biggest complaining is don?t tell people to use the cutting app when they are? not appreciate an exact waiting time and don't let people know their orders are on the way if they are actually not. I totally understand being busy, but completely rude to someone who explains a situation well is unacceptable.
First time I have eaten here, and the food was great. They were very helpful and even made a special pizza for my son who has food allergies (Dairy), highly recommend.
First and foremost I hope the owner gets this and when Fatty?s opened we have since ordered from them almost every Friday and usually call in between 3-4pm to give ample time for a 6pm delivery. Originally the service was amazing, prompt, friendly andpunctual. We had one order get burnt and it was immediately fixed and a new pizza delivered. However, for the past couple ofmonths service has been terrible. We have had order constantly messed up and not fixed. Orders that were for delivery that nevershowed and had to go pick them up just to find no one in the restaurant and 6 employees behind the counter. The gentleman (E.S.)that takes the phone orders now is rude and gives constant excuses on why orders can?t be delivered with 2+hrs notice and offerssome extra ranches for there mistakes. Or says they are on there way and then call back and state that the pizza is still at therestaurant and has been ready for pickup for a while when I?m fact it?s was supposed to be a delivery. Not only is the now pizzacold we have also been lied to when checking on the order. Order over the phone now seems impossible as they hardly answer thephone. It is completely unfortunate on what is happening to there online delivery, phone delivery and phone service. I knowloosing our business until the current employees are trained or replaced will not effect the business greatly however I hope itprovides some insight to the owner as I am not alone in this matter. I will also remove this review once service has beenrestored. We hope to do business again in the future. Have a great day.
