They need to know that as a customer I can choose to spend my money anywhere and that a very big part of there business strongly depends on recommendation from repetitive customers so it's highly important as an establishment to treat each customer with respect . today I had a very bad experience with a staff member at this restaurant I have had many deliveries to my address before . So I call to place a order for a delivery as I have done so many times in the past I was told that my address is not in their deliveries zoom so I promptly asked if it is a new policy that is set in place because I have had delivery from their establishment before to my address the staff I dealt with was very rude gave me know explanation then promptly hung the phone up in my ears.. now I know that I am only one customer and that losing my business probably does very little to them but sometimes all it takes is One bad Apple to spoil the whole bunch.. so if it's a lesson in proper business etiquette that there are locking maybe the owner of this establishment need to load up their workers drive to a Chick-fil-A and listen to how the staff members their deal with customers. Because it is these very same customer that you promptly Hung your phone up on they are the reason you carry home a paycheck .. so Crust N Fire .. as a repeating customer I am very disappointed today..
Food is delicious and fresh every time! Menu options are great and prices are excellent for the high quality you get. I love this place and love Crust N Fire
If I could give this a half of star I would me and family order from here quite a bit and they AlWAYS mess our order up. This time we ordered a seared tuna bowl and we received no dressing so when calling and asking if they could deliver it out they responded isabella responded she didn’t know what to do but I could come pick it up which we live about 20 minutes away so that’s not happening or she could give me a credit. Absolutely horrible service, over priced food. Isabella the shift lead is horrible!!!! She put us on hold 4 different times because she didn’t know what to say. Don’t order from here. Horrible service.
I requested a plain bun without the logo and they stated the buns come in that way so it appears their buns are not fresh. I requested a plain burger bc the logo is burnt on which does not taste well in my opinion. I wouldn’t eat burnt toast soooo idk I’m confused
Excellent burger! Can’t wait to try one of the power bowls next time. The staff was really friendly. Highly recommend. 10/10
