Taco Bell - Murfreesboro

After a year or more, my husband craved tacos from Taco Bell. So, I finally caved in, and we drove to this Taco Bell, ordered Taco for me, and hubby ordered his tacos along with a red burrito. Well, we enjoyed it very much.

I live less than a mile from Cason Lane location here in Murfreesboro, TN. That being said their order accuracy rate for mobile and drive thru orders has to be abysmal. I say this because my orders that have over 6 items in them are usually wrong 50% of the time. I was just shorted a large order of nacho fries which led to this review. Management needs to step up if you value your regular customers. There are many other less aggravating alternatives next door.

Manager on duty last night (around 10pm on 6/7/24) was the rudest person alive. She was talking terribly to the young male employee AT the window. And just had an over all nasty attitude with everyone. Food was fine but she made me never want to go to this location again. Very rude and Unprofessional. I had to pull forward and wait on a DRINK for 20 mins.

I have been coming to this actual store for 30 years. Might I say the food I received was great portions delicious quick and the service was amazing. I don’t know what they have done in the last year, but this Taco Bell is probably the best one in this big city.

Amazing young folks working, great service. Haven’t seen such a great friendly environment at other Taco Bell
