I 'm dropping my score from 5 star to a 2 star. Reason is they are under staffed but yet the other crew that works there with the same amount of people doesn 't close the store down early. Please fix the time if you going to close the store down earlierthen 9 that says in the website
I would give Charlie Dickey who is the Owner of Walmart Subway and Fat Backs Subway a Five Star Rating, Always Clean, Food is Always Fresh, The employees are eager to please. from EXIT Realty Murphy NC
Service- horrible. The employees couldn 't even start with hi hello or even how can I help you ... instead we get what do you want? Food- worse. They keep the meatballs cold then use the toaster to warm them. Since he did it on my sandwich themeatballs were still almost frozen in the middle. I took it back and and girl was going to re heat the food I already touchedwith my hands... so she was going to take my germs and put them all over the counter where everyone else 's food is prepared.Gross! Plud my bread would have been burnt by the time the food was hot.. When I asked for a refund I was not refunded thecorrect amount. Then I asked aren 't the meatballs supposed to be kept in a hot hold? The lady said they didn 't have one. So Ipointed to the hot hold and said it right there but you guys are using it for storage. They had all the bowls and stuff likethat in it. So with the middle of the meatballs still not being kept below 40 or above 160 it has the opportunity to growbacteria and give us food born illnesses. I know this for a fact because I have ran several restaurants. So they are notpresenting their customers with safe to eat food because they don 't have a hot hold?... then don 't sell them. ???? why can 'tpeople in small areas like this take food related issues seriously???? This is the 3rd subway I have been to in the area andthey all suck!
Food good, but in NC employees and customers are braking the law when not wearing masks. All 4 employees were maskless.
