I will definitely return as soon as the season begins. It was such an amazing bike ride!

Recently, my family and I went back for ice cream and were warmly welcomed by a kind young man who was very helpful. However, I noticed that the other staff members seemed to be watching us closely. It left me with the uneasy feeling that it was because we are Black. We felt uncomfortable even just trying to browse and enjoy our time there. One young woman in particular kept smirking at her coworkers, as if she was making rude gestures. Although I didn’t confront them due to their youth, my family felt more uncomfortable there than they ever have anywhere else. I normally don't leave negative reviews, and it truly saddens me to write this about a place filled with so many fond memories. However, I believe that customer service training is needed. I spend a good amount of money every time I visit, but honestly, it shouldn't matter how much anyone spends—no one should feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. I hope you will address this issue. I want to believe in the positive history of this place, but I just want to feel welcome again. Thank you!

I always enjoy Dickey Farms. Everything is wonderful, but the strawberry and peach ice cream is absolutely the best!

Pricey but really nice and very good. Great atmosphere.

The toddlers enjoyed the horse and buggy ride, also the playground. The strawberry ice cream was awesome.
