Papa John's Pizza - Myrtle Beach

Order was exact, pizza was great and delivery experience was wonderful. good supplier.

Hey, there you are in Myrtle Beach and look for a new tire to buy for your vehicle, then stop for pizza at Papa John's. You are friendly and the food is good unfortunately the parking lot need to visit some. You have a pretty killer pot out there and when it rains, you can't see it until you're in it. You must love tax money at work.

I wanted to pick up the pizza to save time and wait 45 minutes. It looks a little too long, but wanted to give them a chance. Pizza was so. Not worth the effort and effort. Marco is still the best in my book.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Estimated wait time for delivery was an hour. Waited a little over an hour for delivery. Called and held for 30 minutes listening to hold music. Drove to the restaurant which was less than a mile away. Finally advised that the Online order was cancelled due to not servicing the area that we placed the order to be delivered to. Lady by the name of Tara was very rude. Did not want to look up the order. Originally said an order was not placed at her store. Had to get the store number from the order details to get assistance. No apology. No immediate refund for the $82.06 that was spent. Nasty attitude. She stated she was the manager and walked off when I advised her that her that the way she was talking to me was very disrespectful and rude. I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. Very disappointed in Papa Johns.

This is our 2nd time ordering from here this week because it was awesome the first time. I forgot to order our butter and garlic sauce so I called back to add it and here our order was already out for delivery ...Totally my fault but they didn't want to see us go without so someone offered to bring us our sauce even after our food was already out for delivery!!!
