Wanted to know what shippoku is like and we had the experience here! Quite good spread and we had good fun tasting the different small dishes which make up the shippoku.
I had Nagasaki's blessing Tamatebako for lunch. The sashimi is also fresh and delicious, and I think it's a great value menu where you can enjoy a wide variety of Nagasaki specialties in small portions, such as ginger-flavored pork kakuni, crispy pigeons, and deliciously smooth Goto udon noodles with soup stock. I was born and raised in Nagasaki, but I was reminded of the charm of local ingredients and cuisine. I think that it is recommended not only for people who come for sightseeing but also for Jigemon laughs . Original ランチに長崎の恵み玉手箱をいただきました。 お刺身も新鮮で美味しく、生姜の効いた豚角煮、サクサクのハトシ、お出汁の美味しいツルツル食感の五島うどんなど、長崎の名物を品数豊富に少量ずついただけるお得メニューだと思います。 生まれも育ちも長崎の身ですが、あらためて地元の食材や料理の魅力に気づかされました 観光で来られる方々以外にもジゲモン 笑 にもオススメだとおもいます。
Search for ‘Shippoku Nagasaki’ and this will be the first place that shows up. Restaurant is very thoughtfully organized with blinds dividing the tables so each group can dine with a bit of privacy. Staff are very friendly and took the trouble to explain each course to us. While on the pricier side, it was well worth the experience.
長崎初訪問なので、郷土料理最高峰の卓袱料理を。一人でもOKな浜勝さんを訪れました。 お手軽コースより基本の卓袱料理ということで、ハタコースを注文。 オードブルから異文化融合っポイもの。 和洋中、文字通りの折衷感でどこかの色合いが濃いのかなーと思ったりしましたが、結構優しいお味です。中華スープなんかも優しめの吸い物感覚。ハトシはエビバーガーでお馴染みのような感じ。 コレだけのラインナップでお値段もフトコロ具合に優しめと想います。
