Refined cuisine, modern as the decor and surprising as the machines of the island of Nantes. A kitchen of bold associations, a balancing chef sure of him, splendid flavors. The 6 dishes were chained with the right rhythm, and the service showed great professionalism, not too much heat, but can we do both? Very nice evening, very good table, to be recommended.

A very good table in Nantes! The place is warm even if the general atmosphere is rather concrete. The restaurant room is properly soundproofed so that other senses are fully available for tasting. The menu is simple since only composed of 5 to 7 dishes: both bone and original. What strikes on the 6 ordered dishes is the duality of flavors, textures, odors and colors: certainly a very good level of French gastronomy. Small shade in the table: the exaggerated prices for 1 star in Michelin.
