Bj's Brewhouse - Nanuet

We had Anthony G as our bartender, and he was fantastic! He was very personable and friendly, always attentive to his duties. He really stood out in his role. We tried the Philly cheesesteak, a smokehouse burger, and the fried couscous mac and cheese. To drink, we had the delicious BJ's Berry cider and brunette ale. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing, and our food came out quickly. We've been here before, but we'll certainly be returning!

Anthony was an incredible bartender, and he truly made our visit special. He served our food promptly and offered us samples of the sodas, which we absolutely loved. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, and I can't wait to return! P.S. Be sure to try the orange cream soda!

My friends and I recently visited the BJ's in Nanuet. First of all, we encountered a 40-minute wait for the pizookie, which was frustrating. To save time, we decided to place our order through the app for takeout, but they misled us by indicating that our order was ready when it actually took an additional 20 minutes to prepare. After finally driving home, excited to dig into our delicious pizookies, we discovered that there were only three out of the four we ordered. Our poor friend had to watch the rest of us devour our desserts in record time! Overall, the pizookies were amazing, but we won't forget the experience anytime soon.

I give this place 2 stars for a few reasons. The food is never correct, I have gone here many times and order the bison burger which consistently is missing some part of it. Don't get me wrong the food taste amazing even after it being messed up every time but when I order something I expect it to come as ordered. There's nobody in the kitchen expediting things properly and there is no quality control leaving the kitchen. If it wasn't for the bison burger being delicious and our very very nice waitress I would never go back but you can not blame the servers for the lack of focus in the kitchen. If they only paid a little more attention to detail they could be a 4 star place. Until then I'd say 2 star but the waiting staff gets a full 5 stars.

My boyfriend and I have dinner here quite often. Tonight we had a minor issue and the customer service from Natalie our bartender and the manager Daniel was exceptional. Not often do you come across people like them.
