Q-bbq - Naperville

It was a very busy Sunday evening at the restaurant. There was only one waitress taking orders and also bringing out the food for all the customers. It was quite chaotic and overwhelming for her. Unfortunately, the brisket we ordered was mostly fat with very little meat. We were denied a refund for the dish. The cornbread was dry and the burnt ends were mediocre. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and felt like our $70 would have been better spent elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience using the Toast app at this restaurant. I had a $7.50 reward, but the cashier would not accept it even though my credit card was properly linked to the account. I was not impressed with the service and the cashier was not accommodating at all.
