Old Hickory Steakhouse at Gaylord Opryland

The fillet was melt-in-your-mouth tender with a wonderful taste! And the cream brûlée was perfect! Service was excellent! It is dark n he evening, so very romantic, but you can need a flashlight to read the menu!

Highly recommended! This restaurant is definitely one of my top 3 places in the world for a delicious fillet mignon! I have dined here twice and both experiences were fantastic. The first time, I was with a group of army veterans and the staff were incredibly appreciative of our service, treating us exceptionally well. The second time, I was here for an anniversary date and had a similarly great experience. The only suggestion I have from my last visit is that the staff could improve the timing of serving the main course after the appetizer/salad. Our main course arrived too quickly, before we had finished our salads. Despite this minor hiccup, I still love this place and will definitely return in the future!

The food was decent at this restaurant. We ordered the 30oz Porterhouse to share, but unfortunately it lacked flavor and was not cooked properly due to its large size. It was not worth the $137 price tag. We regretted not choosing the New York strip instead. On a positive note, the ambiance and service were excellent.

I have this restaurant for my 32. Jubilee dinner with my husband. The ambience was excellent. We had privacy due to the seating order. The waiter was extraordinary. He had a great personality, positive energy and was respectful. The food was excellent and the coating was nice.

The restaurant was beautiful and romantic with great food. Despite being a large group, we wished that our bill could have been separated because it was difficult to split up.
