Starbucks - Nashville

During the snowy, frigid Presidential Day of 2021, they were the only establishment in Green Hills that remained open—and they did so with a smile! Great job!

This restaurant has a fantastic and convenient location right at the Green Hills Mall, right next to The Cheesecake Factory. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak mall hours, but there's a parking garage just around the corner. If you're in a hurry and having trouble finding a spot, I suggest having your passenger go in to grab your order and bring it back to you.

I was on a bike tour when they offered me a complimentary water, and it was delightful! Thank you, Stars!

Jake (I think his name was?! was so nice!! He greeted everyone with a friendly smile and made sure how their day was. He saw my shopping bag when I got up to pay and offered me a Starbucks bag to keep my stuff. Great customer service!

I am a partner at another Starbucks and a few of the other stores I’ve been to have positive energies and kind people, but they don’t live up to this one. I think I came in on a spirit day and they seem like such a fun crew! Bruce seems to be an energetic guy and Pierce is a very nice person who is very helpful when greeting customers. Their store as a whole moves quickly, efficiently, and positively energetic.
