Worst experience ever, the dame in the window cried over how much we ordered and could not get after we returned the food 3 times we finally drove with wrong food. we asked for managers and employees, they laughed and said they shouldn't give us names, even though they suspect to wear name tags. overall economical eating, wrong eating and rude employees .
Ordered three grilled chicken soft taco-presen. I came home and they were almost liquefied. not grilled huh. suppe huh. worst 8 I spent in a long time. there were a few bites and had to be thrown away empty. place next door. I was late.
I still say 5 stars, but there is a young man who works the window that does not need to do with customers. he is unprofessional and rude, and he must have more education in the circumstance with the public.
UPDATE: avoid this place. If I could give negative stars it would be an infinite amount. It's been 5 days since I reached out to them about ripping me off and they still have not contacted me. never have I seen such horrific customer service!!!!!! They are ripping people off at this taco bell. worst customer service ever. Ordered a cheddar chalupa box and got a taco, chalupa and nasty cinnamon twists. They put i ordered a mango tea which I did not and charged me for a large Sprite which I just ordered a regular size with the meal. When I asked for a refund I was told no because I would have been upcharged anyway, excuse me a 2.50 upcharge. And they kept the other drink. I will never go to this one again. Madison taco Bell's are the worst.
