Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis has always been a go to for us when in Nashville. This time was a struggle. Our outdoor table was loaded with flies so I recommend indoor seating in the future. Daughter had a dish that was not labeled spicy that must have had too much chili flakes so her mouth was on fire. Sweet potato hash was not as good as usual. Waitress was just ok. She seemed sympathetic but didn't do anything to help. We may take a break for a while and come back later because we have had so many good experiences in the past at this restaurant.
The ambiance was friendly, bright and clean. However the service was slow and very disjointed and they weren 't even busy. For starters we received our drinks and appetizer before we even got our water, even after we asked. The worst part was the appetizer. They tout themselves on being able to accommodate dietary restrictions, so we ordered the edamame guacamole with gluten free pita. A different server brought it out and I tried to verify...it was NOT gluten free (glad I asked). And she proceeded to leave the plate there and say I 'll let your server know and she can deal with it! WHAT? When our server finally came back (still no water) she said it was put in half and half and the gluten free half was coming. 1) we didn 't ask for half and half and 2) no one specified and it could have led to a very uncomfortable situation had I eaten what I assumed was the gluten free option I 'd ordered. No apologies. Finally lunch...very uninspired warmed flavorless cocktail shrimp topped my Mediterranean salad for an extra $8. Try a little seasoning or a grill for some sear. Anyway, for a near $100 lunch I would say pass!Update and amended to say the owner reached out personally to assure customer satisfaction and retraining of recently hired staff to ensure safety. Much appreciated.
Our waiter (tommy) was very knowledgeable about the menu and offers wonderful service. the food was delicious and there were so many choices on the menu, it was hard to choose what to eat for dinner. for more!
Overall a bad experience. even with a pre-made reservation we received the worst table. when they were asked if they could give us a better one, refused to put a point empty. Finally, it had to eat to sit right in front of the front door, with cold wind that every time someone came to the restaurant, hits our face. for dinner on baroque. the server was great and probably the only good thing about a total BAD experience. eating is very too expensive and definitiw not worth. added, a really bad customer service experience from the hostess, we are never back to this place.
This is my her favorite. Healthy food shouldn’t taste this good.
