This issue was not resolved by the time we arrived and then was made to wait nearly an hour for this to get sorted. It completely ruined our night. You’d expect the hotel staff to be apologetic, offer freebies or a refund none of this happened. This put a big downer on our stay. Call ahead if you can and ensure your room is ready for you! It’s quite a walk to downtown as well. There’s a bus 2 mins walks from the hotel but this was never mentioned and would’ve saved so much time you’d think the staff would share this with you! The room we stayed in was pretty clean. The evening musicians were great too. I would not stay here again, mainly due to the poor experience we had but also the location wasn’t ideal.
From the Front Desk, to the Room, to the Analog Lounge.... The absolute experience. The Restaurant, just having their soft opening was great. Trip Advisor really does ask for too many Characters in a review
Nice hotel in nice location. I was charged $240 in extra fees once I checked in. They charge $52 night for parking and $21 per night per guest for amenity fee even if you aren’t interested in the amenities. I hadn’t seen any reviews about this so I wanted people to know what to expect.
Hotel is great and in a nice location. The staff is over the top. Out of all the hotels I’ve visited. Hutton staff is the best. The guy that works night shift (Dre) is the best. Looking forward to visiting the hotel again.
I would definitely stay here again. The staff is very accommodating and polite. Rooms and Hotel are clean. The Restaurant has very good food and there is a bar area in the lobby in the evenings with ample seating.
