Nena's Lugawan - Navotas

The food would have been delicious, but it was discouraging to eat because of the poor attitude of the server. They were already sulking when we were placing our order.

Place has potential. Lugaw is good enough but too expensive for its taste. Same taste as ₱12 lugaw elsewhere. Lumpia also tastes good but still, too expensive. It took them 15 mins to serve plain lugaw when simple lugawans can do it right away. Music is TOO LOUD. Though they have powerful electric fans, they're just blowing warm air. NOT RECOMMENDED.
