Dunkin' - Needham

Great new location!!! Must be good management, all the girls were friendly and happy....a far cry from the previous location at the gas station!!!!

The staff here DOES NOT listen or pay attention to customer's orders. Too often they make the wrong drink or grab the wrong donuts. Terrible at making flavored drinks.

Friendly staff. Made the order right. Much improved compared to prior visits.

As with most Dunkin's, it sells coffee and like products with limited menu for food. It's a Dunkin's and they are all pretty much the same.

Nana is the best so personable and conversational. Very sunny individual; always makes my day better and the coffees she makes never miss (she's definitely a mind reader and is very experienced). Absolutely the best and most consistently good coffees from any Dunkin I've been to. I've never had a bad coffee there and the staff is always great. Parking can be annoying, so I usually walk. (Seriously, be careful parking here accidents can happen and have before).
