Organic ecological cuisine. Super healthy, super sustainable and super prepared, in a relaxed and very special ambience, served by wonderful naturally warm people.

I love this restaurant! View is located in a hotel with the same name, in the old part of Neuburg. Meals are all freshly prepared cook with locally grown and elevated organic food. The menu is in German and English and most employees speak English. The dishes are delicious. I ordered a starter of Pickled Salmon, with Arugula Salat, Mango Chutney and some kind of pancakes like cake. My duck was a towed pork burger with tomatoes, fried onions and salad, served with sweet potato wedges. others at my party had cattleburgers. When I was in the restaurant, I tried an assortment of tapas. In the warmer months there is a veranda overlooking the Danube river and valley. The hotel and restaurant are high on a cliff and the scene is beautiful. Fortunately, the taste of the food corresponds to the beautiful view.

We used the hotel as an accommodation base for our wedding guests from all over the world. The Michael team was equally important for the Burgwaldhof wedding. Fully flexible, the accommodation of all small tweets demands the service of view was excellent. Very recommend both eating the quality of people who run this show.

We were invited to a very pleasant dinner. This restaurant is located in the old part of Neuburg and offers magnificent views over the Danube. Service was on site and the ambience is not.....it should have been 5 stars, but my main meal (pasta with veal) was quite subduing, which was strange as all other meals were great. We went back to breakfast the next morning and it was on site.
