Yasaka Ramen Neutral Bay

Great ramen. Noodles hardness cooked to your liking. Chashu is seared lightly on one side, which gives additional amazing flavour. The broth is thick, but I'm sure you can opt for less if you wanted to, but it's great as is. Their iced tea was very tasty, not your usual flavours. Bamboo shoots are full of flavour, cooked soft. Great experience and great staff. I'm coming back for sure to try other ramen.

Been going to Yasaka in Neutral Bay for years now and quality of ramen is consistent everytime. Rich and flavoursome. Place is clean and staff nice.

Decided to give this place a try after seeing a friend's mouth watering spicy black ramen level 3 post on Instagram. Great find! Tiny set up (20 seats max . Cash only (St George, Westpac, and Comm Bank ATMs across the road . Good service. Delicious ramen and bao: Spicy black garlic ramen level 1 miso; Ma yu tan tan men level 0.5; Kakuni (braised pork bao; and Mango calpis and Japanese hot green tea. Calpis is sweeter than you might imagine. Extremely disappointed there were no milk alternatives (soy, lactose free, almond, etc. to substitute in the iced green tea latte. Would return for the ramen particularly in winter to clean our the sinuses!
