Dunkin' - New Bedford

I placed a fairly large order, and she was managing it all on her own during a busy peak time. Honestly, I anticipated that there might be some errors. However, she got everything correct and maintained a friendly and calm demeanor the entire time. I was genuinely impressed. Perhaps I shouldn’t be, since exceptional service should be standard, but unfortunately, that isn't always the case. I just wanted her to know that her outstanding service did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated.

The customer service was inadequate, and there is a need for greater professionalism in customer interactions.

I would rate this restaurant 5 stars due to the significant enhancements in customer service. My initial visit wasn't very pleasant, but after witnessing the changes they've made, I can clearly see the improvement. There is one evening staff member who stands out for her exceptional customer service. The assistant manager is also excellent! I highly recommend giving it a try!
