Poor customer service, need more professionalism to the customers

They get 5 stars do to the improvement with customer service. My first visit wasn’t so good, since I told them I sit back and watched the improvements they made with customer service. There is a girl who works in the evening who is the best in customer service and the assistant manager rocks with customer service. Try it out!

I am a frequent customer to Dunkin Donuts and I don't always leave reviews but I had to today. I went to the Dunkin on Nauset Street this afternoon, around 1p.m. I went through the drive-thru and the girl who waited on me was blonde girl with a septum piercing. I wish I had gotten her name. I had a decent sized order and she was all by herself, and it was very busy. I'll be completely honest, I expected something to be wrong. But she got everything perfectly right and she was friendly and calm. I was impressed. Maybe I shouldn't be, because it should always be that way. But it isn't and I just thought this girl deserved to know that her great service was appreciated.
