Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTo say that this taco bell customer service needs improvement would be an understatement. the complete lack of customer satisfaction is extremely disgusting. at several locations I entered this facility and then refused access to the bathroom. denied the service of eating inside. even if there were others. there are managers who like to make a scene behind the counter where customers can hear and see. manager, who disgustingly disregards that the employees go on and on and in the rule push a coworker to snap. almost every job I bought from this device is out of date and right. at this place I have to drive more than 3 mi to the next taco bell. I hope they get new management and they'll be tied up soon.
Good eating good service staff will not be fairly treated at work, but definitely good service david washburn excellent customer service very friendly in the cash, if I was, would come back because of him
I used to love this taco bell but the past 2 times ive been i found a long hair in my taco and this past time i got a quesodilla and it wasnt cut plus another hair in it. Mind you i do show up late but i work in food service as well and get out late. As much as i hate late orders i dont slack on food quality.
40 minutes at the drive through literally taking 8-12 minutes per vehicle. Avoid this mismanaged place unless you have an hour to spare
Long line of cars it took and hour to get our food and we have to turn back because it was a Door Dash Order, when we brought the order back the cashier Apologized and gave us a coupon for tacos, they should have more Personal for the night time to morning shift because that's when it gets really busy And the same happens in Chelsea Massachusetts.
