Koon Thai - New Haven

I have one of my favorite New Haven vegan friendly restaurants (Lalibela) just to find another new favorite on the street! Thanks to a lucky Cow sticker in the window, I stopped to check the menu at Koon and was so happy to see real vegan options like Pad Thai, Pad Lake Ew, and Taro steamed rolls! I made a psychic note to try it in the following week and I'm so glad I did. I ordered delivery and all vegan dishes were delicious! So happy that there is a Thai restaurant in New Haven with current vegan options. Four stars just because they serve meat.

Koon thai has the best early roles! you eat is tasteful and fresh. they have many vegan options. my favorite is her beak curry. I took friends and family here and everyone loved it. highly recommended!

Order by uber eats as there are no eating in restaurant because kovid. the steamed rolls were delicious and the main course (pad see ew) was a very generous part. I just ordered a level 1 that it was, but was not as tasteful as I had put the court at others. this means likely that it is healthier, although with less sauce/filler! overall an excellent meal and I will order again!

I visited new haven just for a meeting and found this restaurant next to the omni hotel. the crab rangoon is delicious, red curry is delicious and pad thai is perfect. Finally, the mango sticky rice really completes my day after the long meet. in any case come back!

Kobold thai is the best option, hands down, for Thai/Chinese eating in new haven. I'm just sorry it took my three years to find it. it is necessary to write a review so that others can avoid my mistake! any Chinese or Thai place I have tried in new haven, outside the above my wage rate, are exceptionally slandered, in a degree that I cannot understand, and no one can make hurdle. Whenever I have seasoned from one of these places, my spicy court is interchangeable with the mild eight-year-old. kobold thai is absolutely excellent--great taste, good heat directed on spicy, very generous portions, and, as vegetarian, I love that they are vegetarian and vegan options listed clearly. tonight the Koon kitchen made a mistake and one of the wrong dishes came in our takeout; not only did they do it directly - when I arrived to pick it up, they had two dishes prepared to replace the! incredible, contemplative service behind excellent eating.
