Applebee's Grill - New Hope

One of the worst service I have ever got . The server was not rude at all. They just did not do their job. It took them forever just to get my order. When I got it they did not gave me silverware. I ask 3 servers, and it took them 10 minutes to bring them. No refill on my soda. Etc.

Food was actually really well cooked for the price, nice setting. Very comforting.

Nothing special, had to ask for yellow mustard which was supplied in packets like I was at a fast food place. Ordered unsweetened tea and had to ask for artificial sweetener which was supplied out of the waitresses hand. Hostess was very nice and bubbly, everyone else appeared to be only half awake.

Husband and I went in for his birthday. Was seated and no one acknowledged us at all. Sat for 10mins and no one said anything. We ended up leaving and no one said anything. We never even received water! Horrible service!

Had a terrific Cajun chicken w shrimp on Sunday..brought a friend today WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. HARDLY ANY SPICES ON THE CHICKEN..NO GARLIC IN THE POTATOES.Parking: Maybe lots of parking because the meal was such a disappointment! Spent about $70 called and didn 't get a referral to the manager..just "sorry about that
