Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI absolutely adore this restaurant! I brought my son here for the first time during a family visit, and now it's his new favorite ice cream spot. The ice cream, shakes, and food are all top-notch. It's a place that will definitely hold special memories for my child.
I stopped by for Weiner Wednesday, one of the many daily specials they offer during the week. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of $1.39 at the time of my visit, but I was expecting a smokier hot dog. Instead, I received what seemed to be a Chicago-style dog, without the beef and celery salt. The hot dog itself was on the smaller side, probably around .20-.25 lbs, and had a paler appearance compared to the typical Chicago dog. Despite this, I doubt they could offer a beef hot dog at such a low price, so I can't fault them for that. I ended up ordering more food, and the service was efficient considering there were only two employees taking orders and preparing food. The staff was polite, although I would suggest they acknowledge customers waiting at the counter even if they can't assist them right away. The food was prepared quickly once my order was taken, so I appreciated that. I was pleased to see that they no longer served the ice cream product they used to offer, as I had a disappointing experience with it in the past. Their menu claims to have all-natural ice cream, but a closer look at the ingredients list revealed artificial colors and flavors. This was a misleading factor that influenced my decision to give a 4-star rating instead of 5. Overall, the facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt comfortable dining inside.
Wanted to experience the Shamrock igloo experience. Ice was delicious! Service is always the best! I think for the experience, maybe not calculate so much $25), considering that you still need to buy $15 items per adult. I think Jojos Shake Bar in the city can cost equivalent or less to your party, and their place is actually crazy with decor and photo operas everywhere. Nevertheless, the cream in New Lenox is really the best! Can't wait for ice cream this summer!
Really disappointed. Paid over $7 for a medium cookie dough blaster with extra cookie dough. Received a medium blaster of just soft served icecream and 5 pieces of cookie dough. Which was was placed ontop and not even blended in. Won’t be back to this location.
I purchased 4 hot fudge sundae's payed $18.70.When I got home opened up the bag they were size of a children's saucer cup, called the creamery the lady apologized and said everyone was complaining on the size.
