Songbird Cafe - New Lenox

A very cute, small diner. My husband and I each had the Cowboy Bowl. It had excellent sausage gravy and bacon shoulder which I didn 't even know existed but was smokey perfection. Fresh ingredients, fast service, and great coffee. Can 't wait to go back!

This is an amazing breakfast spot. It has a downtown feel. The menu evolves and it's very unique. You won't find another place like this in area. It in an industrial complex where you wouldnt expect to find a restaurant.Food: 5/5

We recently moved to NL and this restaurant was right down the street. We like to support local and we’re so glad we stopped in. The staff is wonderful. The food is awesome. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and delightfully kitschy. Almost didn’t want to write a review about this hidden gem, but this place is too good to keep a secret.

This cafe is wonderful! The food is simply delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the place is clean. They always play easy listening tunes to enjoy your breakfast to. We love coming here, thank you Songbird Cafe!

We stumbled upon this restaurant after googling breakfast places. The staff was amazingly friendly, and attentive. The food and coffee was delicious. My 14 year old said the Chia drink was better than Starbucks. We highly recommend this place. Get there early there is very limited seating.
