We had a nice last night in new orleans, thanks to the house of blues. our waitress marie was fantastic and made sure it was a perfect night. everything was great, and after that they made sure that we had a table outside so that we could enjoy the music. Thank you!
The service was terrible. the half of our table never received its drink order despite multiple reminders at our server. food took forever and at the arrival was very bland and tasteless. there was no excuse. it wasn't awfully busy or full.
We went to have dinner in New Year’s Eve and everything was very good. The food was very tasty and the service was great.
We loved the setting when we arrived and were seated promptly. Unfortunately it then took 40 minutes before we received our first drink and the service didn’t really improve from there onwards. One of our meals (the fried chicken) was excellent but the other 2 were very average. It ended with a 20 minute wait to pay (after we had the check) so overall not a great experience and we wouldn’t return.
