The Avenue Pub - New Orleans

So many different types of bourbons yet I only have one liver! The spirits menu is so large it's like a novel. They also have a large local beer selection to choose from. There's a balcony with a good view of St Charles Avenue. We got to see a large crane take out a curb because idiots in their cars wouldn't move.

Open 24/7, nice beer selection, good food. A perfect go-to place!

As dive bars go, you won't get much better. Staff are very friendly too.

During parade season this is a great place to hangout since you can get drinks and use her bathroom. Happy Mardi Gras!
