After 15mins I went in and said I have a mobile order and been 15 mins since got here. They hadn’t even seen it or started making it. Then they barely put meat or cheese on sandwiches when I got the series sandwiches which it suppose to have 2x more then regular and pay more for it. I won’t be back and I wasn’t only one in there having same issues at least two others had mobile orders and were waiting long time and one guy that was walk-in left before ordering I would had also but I had already paid for food on app. did thank me for my patience
Always one guy working and he always shoves online orders in front of me. It’s easier to go down to the McDonald’s, which sucks as well.
The kids working the counter need people skills.No greeting,no thank you,have a nice day, nothing. What should I expect with today's youth.
I came in today at 11:00 am for lunch and the person behind the counter I don't know I'd she was the manager or what was completely rude never even egnoloage me or said I will be right with you I was prepared to spend a good amount for lunch but instead I left she didn't even try to stop me I don't know if she is the manager I see her there all the time so.iam assuming she is if this is the case she is terrible and needs to be replaced no customer service not even any eye contact this needs to be addressed especially in a small town
