Domino's Pizza - New Rochelle

My entire household had food poisoning after eating from here. My son woke up in the middle of the night crying in pain saying his stomach was hurting him. He kept violently throwing up. His father was also sick and his friends mother also reported her son being ill as well. I don't know what sanitary practices this establishment has but clearly they are dropping the ball. I will NEVER order from here again and I hope someone looks into this further .

Just a couple of blocks away from my home it's one of my guilty pleasures the place is generally very well-run and they deliver, and they prepare the food the way you tell them to, you only have to ask after all you're paying for it, but however you receive your order delivered to your home or your car or received in the store check it, they often forget the Nic knacks and do dads, like diping sauce.

The customer service here is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced here. Over the last 6 years from ordering from here Id honestly say they messed up my order 75% of the time. The people that work here truly don’t care in the slightest about your order, as it literally always takes 2+ hours despite saying 35-45 minutes. The only reason I’m writing this review which is the only review I’ve ever written is because a day ago I ordered 70 dollars worth of food that took over 2 hours to get there and by the time it did it was extremely late at night and i wasn’t even notified that it had arrived. The driver didn’t even ring the doorbell. So around after ordering at 9 pm I came down around 1 am just to let the dogs in to find the dominos sitting there covered in water and bugs. The next day I call to get my money back/refund and they put me on hold for an hour then hang up and then do not return my calls. It’s actually beyond pathetic they shake you down for tips because they are so bad at what they do. I regret tipping 10 dollars to a person making a 3 minute drive.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I always get the same thing when I order from here. The mix and match deal. It's the only reason I choose to eat at Domino's instead of a local pizza place. This time when I placed my order they ended up charging me double the price advertised. I ended up spending $40 on 4 items which with the deal it should've been around $25. The franchise owner offered to send me a coupon and said it was my fault for reading the coupon wrong as if I'm illiterate. Only one of the items that I got didn't apply to the coupon and I had already told her I was fine with paying full price for that item. But don't advertise certain prices and then charge a different price. It's dishonest and honestly if I'm going to be spending that much money on pizza I rather just support a local pizza place instead. Domino's used to be my favorite place for pizza, I would literally order every week, but clearly a lot of things have been going downhill with this business.
