Karvouna Mezze - New York

I had a delicious dinner of grilled branzino. The fish was very fresh, perfectly cooked and had a delicious sauce. Also the serving portion was very generous and I came home with half my dinner in a doggy bag. The appetizers were delicious and our server was very sweet, kind, attentive and efficient. The prices are very fair. It’s also easy to hear one’s companions on the other side of table. The atmosphere is congenial. I highly recommend this place.

Sat for a spell and enjoyed the show watching people walk by. Interesting stuff and art work has me wanting to come back.

This place is a little unassuming looking from the outside, but the food is insanely good. The person working there was also so friendly. I cannot wait to go back!

We were walking around Soho and wanted Greek food. We stumbled upon Karvouna on Bowery. It was early so we were the only ones there.It’s a funky looking restaurant. Our server was the bartender who was very sweet.The food was traditional Greek and very good. The price was very fair too.We have a very nice early dinner. We will definitely go back when we are in the neighborhood.

Amazing place very close to our hotel. The service was excellent and the food made us feel like we were back on a Greek island enjoying the sun. We had the mixed grill supreme and the halloumi fries, both were some of the best Greek food we have ever had (and that’s including in Greece!
