The staff did not inquire about the sugar and ice levels. My drink was excessively sweet and lacked enough milk tea.

kft in greenwich village is one of my favorite spots for boba, if not my favorites in the opposite. I find the tapioca balls that are most consistent here.
I've tried many boba sites in the west coast and that was just okay. the bubbles/boba were average and not so chewing. drink, lychee black tee.
