None of these will elevate your life, but they might satiate your belly, and they open earlier than the local vegan joints so brekky is an option.
There are many gregory coffee in the city that is so convenient for fast vegan breakfast! on the menu there are several vegak breakfast options. the vegan deluxe sandwich was very good! the coffee was also great.
This is not a goal, but it is a nice place to sit and relax when in this hectic part of the city (between times square and grand central) gregory is like dieucks, except that the coffee is better and they always have at least some vegan sweet and hearty snacks. there are some seating in this location, plus an available bathroom.
Vegan breakfast sandwich was great. website has nutritional information – it is a sodium bomb, but high in protein and fiber. huge menu of coffee drinks with several vegan milk options (soy, mandel, oats . . . other vegan options looked good: burrito, over night hafer, some pastries/sweet. I arrived shortly after the opening there and there were 15 minutes waiting for sandwiches while many were heated. they got my order wrong at the first time (if they get the deluxe, check them to make sure they made the vegan, because it also has a dead-sache version) but quickly correct it. many places in manhattan. friendly staff.
We thought here was a quick coffee and it was very good. we had the vegan deluxe. I loved that they put Chia seeds on their croissants! extra food we also loved their iced caramel oat milk coffee. the room outside was a bit crowded, but we didn't stay long when it had to do and we wanted to continue the social divide.
