Staybridge Suites Newark Fremont, An Ihg

Stayed 3 nights with my 2 sons. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent.

Stayed 3 nights. Couldn 't have asked for anything more. Checked in with Shella very quick and easy. The hotel was very clean. Spacious sitting area in the lobby with a tv and fireplace. 2 Elevators arrive promptly or You can take the stairs directly from the lobby up to your floor. Everything about the room was clean kitchen, sitting area, bathroom, shower. The room gets daily light cleaning empty trash, fresh towels which was nice. Breakfast was plentiful with you make waffles, fresh fruit, hot coffee and some type of egg with meat and potato. Mon Wed there is a free, themed happy hour; the day I went it was Italian with sausages and some other item as well as wine and beers. I used the exercise room plenty of new equipment and ample weights. All the staff I interacted with were courteous and polite. The hotel is located about 2 minutes from Newpark Mall which contains many food choices and a movie theater. We had never stayed at a Staybridge before but after this experience, it will be the first chain I check out when traveling.

The staff is great and breakfast was good. So why only two stars??? Unfortunately there is construction going on directly across the street from the property and they start working at 5AM!!! So if you like being woken up at 5am to the sound of heavy equipment scrapping asphalt and loud construction noise, then this place is for you. I understand new development occurs that are outside the control of the property but I only wished someone would have told us this construction was going on AND THE WORKERS START AT 5am. So be warned, if sleeping past 5am is important to you, then you may want to stay elsewhere.Nearby activities: Construction

We are actually still here and we love it. There rooms are very clean and very comfortable. They have a wonderful breakfast every morning. On Monday Tuesday and Wednesday the have social nights with complimentary beer/wine and food. Our family really enjoyed that. The pool is great for the kids. They let us keep our pets here too. We have a room on the 1st floor, which we love, that is close to the laundry room and the gym. The staff is so nice and I recommend this place without a doubt. Davina was especially nice and helped us with whatever we needed.

This hotel was a great find! Staff was very welcoming and our room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable we both slept 9 hours. My husband said he wanted a bed like that at home! We loved having a living room and a kitchen with all that we needed. The hot buffet breakfast had many options and all of it was delicious. We did not get to partake of the evening appetizers as we arrived as it was ending. We highly recommend Staybridge!
