Big Poppa's Gourmet Food Truck

We have been loyal customers of this restaurant for years and have always been satisfied until the last few months. Recently, we have experienced issues with our egg and toast being served cold, which has never happened before. This has occurred twice now. We kindly ask the restaurant to address this issue, as if it persists, we will not be returning.

The food quality at this restaurant is very poor, including the coffee. The staff, especially the Asian waitresses, were rude. During our visit yesterday with a party of seven, one person only ordered a coffee while the rest ordered coffee and a meal or pastry. The waitress rudely mentioned that she was losing money because of the person who only ordered a drink and said she would not allow that next time. This behavior was very disappointing, and we will not be returning. The staff seem to think they are doing customers a favor by serving them. I would recommend avoiding this place as it is not worth it.

Went to their Bray branch today. Lovely cafe with lots of seating and friendly staff We had our lunch and the quality was excellent. We shared a piece of their coffee cake and it was amazing

This restaurant experience was truly terrible. I ordered a breakfast, but everything was cold and inedible. I couldn't believe how bad it was until I overheard the table next to me joking about the kitchen knowing they were coming because their breakfast came out so quickly. This made me realize that all the food must have been left sitting out in the kitchen without being properly heated and plated once an order came in. It was really disgusting, and to make matters worse, the waitress took my uneaten breakfast away without even asking if everything was okay.

My third visit today and again was not disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly no matter how busy they are.
