Beautiful Sunday lunch 4/1. I had the beef my husband had the pork. All my favourite veg, cabbage green beans, carrots and cauli cheese. If I could afford to eat here every night I would. Lovely friendly staff, young and well trained. Best place around for Sunday lunch and always busy,

Love it here. Been here for 30 years used to be my father in laws local and has such a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend the food. Perfect hosts. The Crown is by far one of the best pubs for meals you will not be disappointed!

Family party of 5 celebrating an 80th birthday. The best home cooked meals for many a mile! The steak pie is always the firm favourite, but yesterday there were 4 different meals and each one equally delicious high quality as always. All piping hot. Staff were attentive, excellent service. We have been going here since our ‘courting days’ almost 40 years ago so wonderful that it is still going strong and still as fabulous! Well done to Mark and the team
