Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAt 11.30am we were turned away because even though the doors were open they needed more time to prep for service. The service was okay. It felt like the lady at the front desk had to deal with too many Deliveroo/Just Eat take away orders in order to attend to seated guests, which ruined the experience of eating at Yo! I think they need more staff at the front of house to assist seated guests and TakeOut. The food was okay but the orders came when ready and there was a long delay with the kids bento box which meant my hungry child ate my dish and I ended up eating his kids meal. Maybe they also need more staff in behind the kitchen counter. The handles down the stairs to the toilet need a good clean as they were very sticky and gross.
Staff very friendly and the sushi very fresh and beautiful. My children enjoyed robotic production and robotic contamination plate collection.
Big fan of Yo! Sushi as a restaurant and love their food. Menu was in stock and featured some additional bits that I don't find in other restaurants. Also had a cool robot roaming around the restaurant to place empty dishes. Other aspects are quite standard to all Yo! restaurants. Was not a fan of the kitchen being located in the centre of the room and all tables located around the kitchen. Sometimes felt a bit too close to the chefs.
The food was tasty and the atmosphere was ok. Also I enjoyed doing served on rails . The only thing that could be improved is the stuff and the size proportion regarding the pricing, a bit overpriced.
