Not even worth a star. Apparently they have a new card policy of your using a MasterCard or a Visa. They verify ID when making the delivery. Whoever’s name is on the card must be the one to sign for the delivery. I placed an order for delivery last night online and immediately got called and they said that before they can deliver the pizza they wanted to let us know that since my name is on the card, I needed to be the one to sign for the delivery. It has never been that way. I explained that my husbands card had fraud on it and I was stuck at work in Modesto so I ordered dinner. I was told sorry this is policy even though I gave them my husbands name to verify that way. They don’t seem to care that it’s an inconvenience for a lot of people who may only have 1 bank card. The guys said a lot of people don’t see the policy changes on the website which means they need to make it bigger and put that disclaimer on the front page. We will not be going there again.

It would be a zero if I could, never had a bad MM experience until Newman. New policy they don’t make your order until you show card/ID or talk to them which defeats the purpose of ordering online but they provide the email with the order confirmation and time the order will be ready which ended up being 1 hr after scheduled ready time, new policy reason given was because the owners “want it this way” $136 order on a birthday/school night, 1 hr late, will never buy from Newman or Patterson Mountain Mikes again.

Omg! The stinch of sewage was awful and the restrooms were Filfthy the sewage smell mixed with pinesol and bleach was unbearable. Staff refused to allow us to keep doors open for fresh air. (Said it was policy)? The worst experience at a mountain mikes ever! Quickest dine in, had to eat and run. So embarrassing I invited 7 people. Service: Dine in
