Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe Taco bell can be started recently. the half of their menu is gone, they can not even go to the load. the outside menu is hard to read with all the old band coatings. and the employees don't really know what's going on. eating is still as expected.
The restaurant has poor quality items when they are actually open. They are closed half of the time without notifying customers. Some customers have had to wait in line only to be told at the end that Taco Bell is closed, and only KFC is open. The dining area is cramped and uncomfortable.
Came tonight through the car drive thru and sat in the drive threw 10 minutes, just to come to the loudspeaker and say that the taco bell is part of its position for the night closed? so can only be served kfc after 19 o'clock? it's 7:10. I came to this place after 19 o'clock and got taco bell. do not label it as KFC/Tacobell if they only use kfc. so unprofessional.
Normally go to this Taco Bell amazing service service, pulled up today doors were closed could not go inside you had to go through the drive-thru. Waited 15 to 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru only to have three skip the dishes people just walk up in front of my vehicle and stand there until they got their food. Told the girl this was unacceptable, everybody has been waiting there for 20 minutes now. She responded your food's not even ready yet don't worry I got you. I cannot believe how rude and arrogant this girl was. It's very unfortunate this is today's society. Seriously if you do not like your job and you do not want to work there then don't there's many other people that would love to be working right now.
Oh my goodness. I waited an hour for my Taco Bell order and when I finally got home, the food was soggy and tasted like it had been soaking in a pool for weeks. They really need to improve their service. Such a disappointment and waste of money.
