Vacancy Coffee - Newport Beach

Loves this little shop!!! It's on foot from where I stay, so I'm over to get coffee every morning. I'm also designer so I really appreciate their branding design. I bought a cup because it's just so fun on a design. Your coffee is delicious. I only had a hot black coffee and then a hot lavender almond milk latte. Both were very good! I also know that they have gluten free snacks, sometimes this can be hard to find, as I saw these cookies, I was excited. The impossible cookie is unbelievable for everyone with allergies!!!! This is the perfect small shop for anyone who lives nearby or goes to the beach and you need a pick-me-up.

Really nice neighborhood coffee shop. I made my coffee perfection. I find some trendy coffee shops can get the espresso or extra short Americano too bitter, but this was perfection, really nice taste and smooth.

Beautiful small coffee shop in an excellent location above the PCH from the beach. Limited parking spaces are available in front, but are metered. Typical small cafe menu and some limited food options also. Drinks are delicious, but quite standard for cafes like these. 5 stars for the places, the Vibes and the friendly Baristas. There is also a small terrace back.

Great experience, drinks were made fast. Got the Gothic Mocha— not too sweet or bitter which was amazing because I thought it would lean more towards chocolatey, but was a great balance!

Great coffee shop in the perfect location. The owner is super friendly and makes the perfect espresso. They source the beans from Brooklyn which is kinda unique but it just kinda adds to the vibe. Stop by after a surf.
