Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónSubject: Complaint about Wendy's Restaurant Visit on 9/20/2023Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at the Wendy's restaurant located at 5180 on September 20, 2023, at approximately 9:07 am through the drive-thru.Upon arrival at the drive-thru, I was directed by one of the employees, who I believe was of Mexican descent, to park and wait for my order for approximately 7 minutes. I was informed that this wait was necessary because they were preparing chicken biscuits for my meal. Unfortunately, this employee did not provide me with a receipt for my order, which was already a concerning start to my visit.I followed the employee's instructions and parked my vehicle in one of the designated spaces. However, no one from the restaurant ever brought my food order to me during this time. After waiting for about fifteen minutes, I decided to go inside the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order.To my surprise, when I entered the restaurant, I encountered approximately five staff members, all of whom appeared to primarily communicate in Spanish and had difficulty understanding English. I specifically approached the staff member who had instructed me to wait for 7 minutes. To my dismay, he immediately denied having seen me or directing me to wait, and the other staff members began speaking in Spanish among themselves, which left me feeling excluded and unheard.Feeling frustrated and concerned about my order, I returned to my car and retrieved my phone to check my credit card transaction history. To my astonishment, I found the transaction for my order, confirming that I had indeed made a purchase.At this point, I noticed a manager named Lupita assisting another customer with their order. I motioned for her to come to my car, where I showed her the transaction on my phone. Lupita acknowledged the mistake and the unprofessional behavior of the employee who had directed me to wait. She asked me what I wanted in compensation, to which I replied that I simply wanted the food I had purchased and for the employee in question to be appropriately reprimanded or terminated as they clearly were not fit for a customer service role.Lupita promptly went inside and returned with my food, along with the receipt I should have received earlier. She also mentioned that my next meal would be on her. While I appreciate her efforts to rectify the situation, the overall experience was disheartening and has left a lasting negative impression.In conclusion, I must express my dissatisfaction with this visit to Wendy's. The lack of communication, the inability to provide a receipt, and the unprofessional behavior of certain staff members have left me with no desire to return to any Wendy's location. I believe it is crucial for Wendy's to hire staff members who are proficient in English and capable of providing a positive customer experience.I hope my feedback will be taken seriously, and necessary steps will be taken to improve the quality of service at this particular Wendy's restaurant. Poor service from the manager Armando. He needs to go back to manger school. He doesn't take time to address the customers concerns and to resolve the problem. I have not been here for months and still poor service and mediocre food.
The food was good, but it seems they were short staffed.
I just left Wendy's. Packed as usual, the guy (I think he's the manager) is usually very prompt and professional at taking orders and gathering everyone's food in a timely manner. But today it was a lady. I don't know her name. I stood in this long line waiting to order. She took everyone's order, I was the last in line. She told me to wait before I could order. I waited and I waited while I watched her tend to everyone else. Never once taking my order so it could begin being prepared. She never took my order, I watched her bag 5 orders in front of me before I finally left. I come here daily. Not anymore, that was very unprofessional and unorganized. I'm at jack in the box now, where they are more organized seem to have an employee for every position. And even though it's packed. My order was taken and food recieved right away.
