Pizza is ok. Told me they were out of spaghetti then restocked it within a couple mins of my ordering. Food is ok.
They open an hour after what the app shows, they could fix
I normally don 't have high expectations for a mall food, but most Sabaros in malls are okay. Unfortunately, the Patrick Henry location needs some work. I typically get the chicken parmesan at Sabaros, but it wasn 't on the menu at this location. However I spied one on the warming tray and asked how much it was. The girl behind the counter seemed surprised, but then gave me a price of $3! I questioned that but she stuck to the price she quoted. I asked how much it would be to make it a combo. She again acted confused and said, you mean you want a side with it ? (Duh. I said yes spaghetti. She served it up, but when I got the check, the total had balooned to almost $15. To be fair I knew the $3 price she quoted me for the main course was not right, but adding a drink and spaghetti had tripled the total which also seemed incorrect. Mistakes will happen and the youth these days seem to have more than their share of problems with math. However my surprising, expensive mall meal also turned out to be barely lukewarm. By the time I sat down to eat, it was getting cold. I finally took it back and asked them to reheat it which they did. But it didn 't make for a particularly positive experience. When I went up to get a drink refill, the Manager asked me how everything was. I told him it wasn 't very hot. He just looked at me. No reaction. No, I 'm sorry. No, kiss my foot. Nothing. I guess he was looking for a compliment and when I didn 't give it he moved on mentally to the next customer. Frankly it was a bit unnerving to have him just stare at me without saying anything. I guess no one had ever told him the truth about the food.I 'll continue to eat at Sbarro 's at other malls, but the next time I shop at Patrick Henry Mall, I 'll try a different restaurant.
This Sbarro is located in the Patrick Henry Mall food court. I had a small spaghetti and meatball and a strawberry lemonade. The meatball was good but the sauce was bitter and the lemonade was delish. Service was VERY friendly.
